Size Does Not Determine Success – Planning and Leadership Do

Running a law firm of any size is complex and demanding. Small to mid-size firms with modest operating budgets and many competing priorities often make their own way, hoping for the best. It’s not a great strategy, but many see no alternative. There is a new resource for these firms. The Managing Partner Development Institute, with its focus on law firms having 50 or fewer attorneys, offers help and hope to those with leadership responsibility. What You Didn’t Learn in Law School™ is specifically designed for you and your firm. This two-day conference includes presentations, breakout sessions, and plenty of time to network with speakers and other attendees.

The Right Questions, the Best Solutions

As a managing partner you must take the lead and identify the challenges and opportunities facing your firm. Your mastery of these competencies will greatly influence your firm’s ability to survive and succeed. This conference for leaders of small and mid-size law firms is led by a faculty of respected consultants with diverse law firm and business experience.
